Tom brings his seasoned expertise to 4AM House as a Trailblazer, a steadfast force forged by decades of service and unyielding resolve. A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, he rose to Captain, blending military discipline with degrees in Construction Engineering, an MBA, and Software Development, before choosing principle over position during turbulent times. As a political outsider and former Ontario Party President, he led the Freedom Convoy of 2022 and testified at the Public Order Emergency Commission, championing direct democracy. Now, as Product Manager at Freedom Ledger Inc., he drives the Toto platform—a civic tech innovation reconnecting citizens with power through engagement tools. A prolific author of The People’s Emergency Act and The People’s Emergency Plan, he cuts through chaos with clarity, mentoring others to act boldly. Above all, his mission is fatherhood, securing a future built on courage and community.

Mario - Combat Kingpin

Mario steps up as a Trailblazer in 4AM House, his spirit forged on the University of Toronto football field where he captained with fierce leadership. A former varsity all-star and track standout, he brought that same intensity to martial arts, training with legends like Demian Maia, Robert Drysdale, and the Ribeiro brothers, alongside MMA icons Shogun Rua and Anderson Silva. Holding a purple belt in Gi Jiu Jitsu and a brown belt in No Gi under 10th Planet’s Micah Brakefield, he now empowers students with private martial arts and self-defense training at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Etobicoke, building skill, confidence, and resilience. Additionally, as the owner of FC Talent, he seamlessly blends his athletic legacy with a platform that nurtures emerging stars.

With a rich history mentoring high school football stars, AAA hockey teams and those over 60 facing joint challenges, he crafts personalized paths to strength.
Certified in CrossFit L-1, Health Coaching, Life Coaching, and personal training, Ohene’s journey—from conquering depression and shedding 100 pounds—fuels his mission. He weaves a holistic vision, inspiring a community to thrive in body, mind and spirit.
